Can I recruit hosts or sub-agents from another agency?
No. To keep the commission system fair, a host or sub-agent must leave their current agency and be approved before they can join yours.
What are the requirements to set up my official agency account?
You can start recruiting with a verified phone number. To withdraw commissions, you will also need to link a verified Epay account to your profile.
Is my Epay account information safe?
The supplied guidance says only basic Epay details such as name and email are required for this process, and that passwords, PINs or other sensitive banking data should not be requested through it.
